That is used commonly in commercial under steel columns. It’s not going anywhere. I would guess most commenting here don’t have much experience or knowledge.

I’ve been in constr for 27yrs before retiring and you have installed more wood in the supposedly preformed foam blks then it would to build a normal concrete form and take half the time. Not a fan.

Why didn’t you open the wooden floor in the house above the foundation and pour everything from there. I mean that’s for me the best solution to cover everything at ones.
