@thefashionjogger: 15 KM RUN WORKOUT ๐ช Starting SLOWER and finishing FASTER โค๏ธ I divided the run into 5 blocks with no breaks in between: - 5 km warm up at 5โ:15โ/km - 3 km at 4โ:36โ/km - 3 km at 4โ:20โ/km - 3 km at 3โ:57โ/km - 1 km cooldown a 7โ:00/km The important thing is to have enough energy to increase the pace after each block ๐ Thatโs a great training to teach body and mind to resist and improve to fatigue ๐ #Running #motivation #runner #fyp #goals #inspiration
