@thefashionjogger: 15 KM RUN WORKOUT ๐Ÿ’ช Starting SLOWER and finishing FASTER โค๏ธ I divided the run into 5 blocks with no breaks in between: - 5 km warm up at 5โ€™:15โ€/km - 3 km at 4โ€™:36โ€/km - 3 km at 4โ€™:20โ€/km - 3 km at 3โ€™:57โ€/km - 1 km cooldown a 7โ€™:00/km The important thing is to have enough energy to increase the pace after each block ๐Ÿ‘ Thatโ€™s a great training to teach body and mind to resist and improve to fatigue ๐Ÿ˜˜ #Running #motivation #runner #fyp #goals #inspiration
