Bulla Thickened Cream - Made with fresh Australian milk (fresh cream, not UHT) - Multi-purpose fresh cream (whip, cook) 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 500g Bulla Thickened Cream 120g Egg Yolks 20g Matcha Powder 500g Mascarpone Cheese, soft 120g Egg White 120g Sugar 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 1. Pre-whisk the 500g cream till soft peaks and set aside for later use. 2. Whisk egg yolks and matcha powder over a bain marie until incorporated and thicker (~58C). 3. Remove from bain Marie, whisk in the mascarpone cheese to the yolks mixture till smooth paste forms 4. Whisk the sugar and egg white using Swiss meringue method, fold in to yolks mixture 5. Lastly fold in the cream 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 250g Strawberry Puree 2pkt Lady’s Fingers 1box Strawberries, sliced 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 (𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗽): 1. Layer of matcha mascarpone cream 2. Ladyfingers soaked with strawberry mix 3. Fresh strawberries 4. Layer of matcha mascarpone cream 5. Ladyfingers soaked with strawberry mix 6. Fresh strawberries 7.
