I think he's portrayed as a chimpanzee in the film as an allegory for feeling like a 'dancing monkey' but I could well be wrong as I've only seen bits so far, hoping I get a clearer picture XD

As an Australian who has been a fan of Robbie since the 90’s, and has seen him live multiple times. NO ONE does entertaining spectacle like Robbie, absolutely the most entertaining performer around (a little overrated as a singer though 😛 )

I saw the movie today. It is way better than it has any business being. It has the perfect balance of humor, heart, and gut wrenching sadness. It's a perfectly balanced movie. It's over 2 hours long and the time flies past. No fluff or filler, every beat has a purpose.

Filming that dance scene in the movie cost a lot of money. They had to book to use that street in London months ahead. Then the Queen passed away and they to reschedule the shoot. But worth it. Amazing dance number

As a Brit, we absolutely love this man! Like he’s all things British he’s like a glorified karaoke singer basically and he absolutely rocks it he’s from wha you would call a rough part of Britain and he’s never claimed to be the most talented but star he is whatever it means to be a superstar Robbie has and always will have it
