I've come in under my deficit consistently for a month, and I'm losing weight. Happy. However on any given day, I'm coming in anywhere between 50 and 600 calories under my target, depending on what I felt like cooking that day. I don't know how I'd adjust with that variability towards my maintenance, whether for a diet break, or for maintenance. Should I be trying to eat closer to the same amount each day?
