@juleszah: These past two months have been anxiety ridden and I’ve had a very stressful start to the year. I honestly knew nothing about asthma before, and people would talk about it so nonchalantly, but living with it has been nothing short of dreadful. Every day is different, some mornings I wake up and my chest is heavy, and it feels like someone is choking me all day. My body has been reacting negatively to the medication as well, so I’m in the process of figuring out alternative methods of relief. My mental health has been challenged and I’m really trying to be strong through this but, I’ll be okay. Hopefully #asthma #healthcare #diagnosis #asthmatic #healthscare #fyp
