Get a laptop, power off the phone , press the volume down button then press the volume up and hold the power till u see cable connecting to the phone connect it to your computer go to iTunes

Take it to istore they are gonna restart it. Mine did the same thing😭turned off from low battery and didn’t wanna charge or turn on for the whole day when I went there the next day they got it fixed. And didn’t have to pay anything because it only had to get restarted 😭I was like tf?😭
