Our business just had this happen. They changed our meter but then we don’t use any natural gas during the summer and we were still getting large bills. They were charging the wrong meter number

Then they told us they were gonna give us a credit on the next bill and they never did. I had to have our accounting department stay on them for a couple months. Our credit was over $2000.

homes all alike bill shouldn't be 200 bucks a month defferent even with persons usage habits being way defferent...no way 🤔🤔
