This shows us again the subordinate role that women must submit to and not revolt against. To know “our place”. Masculinity on the other hand shows how men are the rational ones, should be a active and dominant, have power over powerful jobs(like a president or CEO) and also over women. These two terms(femininity/masculinity) reinforce gender(roles) and gender is a product of the patriarchy to decide what is a man and woman and it serves to justify that men and women are different by nature(science) and therefore men naturally reign us. #marxistfeminism #radfem #fyp #feminism #genderabolition
