Stayed there this past weekend for my 30th birthday, (Look at my profile for proof) It was about $2200 for the weekend (checking in at 4:00 pm Friday, checking out 11:00 pm Sunday) house was dirty!!! counter tops still had food stuck to them from the last renters, not just a little bit either. (I own a Cleaning Company for reference) Air hocky didn’t work, 3 of the arcade games didn’t work. Sheets were still dirty with sand (from the sand box) The hot tub that fits 8 wouldn’t heat properly, hair and food were in the bottom of both refrigerators… The floors left our feet black.. the flat top to the grill was missing, which I was excited to cook breakfast on but wasn’t a huge deal… I’ll admit we still managed to have a great time, (so did the kids) but for a $500 cleaning fee, we expected it to actually be cleaned and not crawl in to bed with sand in it, and all the things that were advertised to us to be functional…
