This is absolutely correct!! I’m 47 been struggling so much I ditched the oats started having protein for breakfast. Finally weight started dropping off 🤲🏽

I have porridge , with chia seeds , mashed banana and Greek yogurt ,high protein , nothing wrong with this , I train hard , eat a high protein diet with whole foods and nutrient dense foods .

😳 I am in surgical menopause I had gained lots of weight, my iron and sugars were high…I recently lost 26lbs eating oats,chia seeds,protein powder,peanut butter protein powder,and berries.I am no longer on diabetes meds and managing with nutrition and exercise…lifting weights light cardio. I lowered my iron etc… but I guess it can be diff for everyone…I actually eat more now than I did before.
