@my.cozybakes: Lemon Loaf Cake Recipe 🍋✨ Lemon Loaf: 200g white sugar zest of 2 lemons 115 g melted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp lemon juice 110g plain yogurt/sour cream (I used @NestlePH greek style yogurt) 1 tbsp milk 180g all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp baking powder Lemon Syrup: 100g white sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp water (mix together & microwave for 40 seconds or until sugar dissolves) Lemon Glaze: 65 g icing sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp milk (mix everything together) Rub the lemon zest with the granulated sugar. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients : butter, eggs, vanilla, yogurt/sourcream, milk, and lemon juice. Mix everything together. Fold in the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt. Gently mix everything until well combined.
