Last year, I started my weightloss journey but in the middle of the year I lost track. I stopped counting calories and I also stopped working out in the morning. I don’t know why. I just saw myself binge eating again and just sitting down almost all day. But then on March this year, I was rushed to the ER because of high blood pressure. It went 200+ over 100+. Thank God I didnt got a heart attack. Now I am taking medication to maintain my normal blood pressure. I also restarted to eat right amount of food and exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. My goal is not to be sexy but to be healthy! Bonus na lang kung maging HEALTHY SEXY! 😍😍😍 #weightloss #weightlossjouney #caloriedeficit #intermittentfatsing #highbloodpressure #fyp #viral
