the stigma and backlash around females with audhd is so hard to deal with. I was late diagnosed ADHD (we are pretty sure it's audhd) but even getting the diagnosis felt like they were brushing me off. glad I found you guys and can't wait to listen!

52 yo recently pre-diagnosed audhd.. Have a referral to a Psychiatrist to get a formal diagnosis but my Doctor and Psychologist pretty much view it as a formality. It is overwhelming and challenging.

How did u get diagnosed? I'm from NZ too and I've been on a waitlist forever just to try to be assessed for ADHD and I suspect I'm AUDHD. I'm really struggling right now.
