@katie_cooks_717: Bang Bang Shrimp using @Colombina Shop Sriracha sauce. Bang Bang Sauce: * ¼ cup mayonnaise * 2 Tbsp Sriracha * 1 1/2 Tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce * 1 tsp Rice Vinegar For Shrimp: * 2-3 Tbsp Cornstarch - Seasoned * 1 lb Large Shrimp * Vegetable or Canola Oil For Rice Bowls: * 2 Cups White Rice * 2 Medium Tomatoes - Diced * Green Onion * Salt * Garlic Powder * Avocado Instructions: Bang Bang Sauce: Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl, whisk until completely combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. For the shrimp: Heat oil in a heavy bottom skillet over medium/medium high heat. Pat dry shrimp & toss in seasoned cornstarch. Add shrimp to the oil, fry 2- 3 minutes a side, or until golden brown. Remove shrimp & toss with a bit of the bang bang sauce.
