Optician here 🙋♀️can’t speak for ALL vision centers but most places will do adjustments for free. We just cannot replace them if they were to break and they were not sold by us

When you buy glasses online you need these. Hah a good optician should be able to adjust them so they fit like that for free.

If your glasses slip off your face when you look down you need them adjusted they heat up the frames to make them playable so they can mold them to fit your face your glasses stretch over time
