@doctorparia: high protein blueberry bagels 🫐🥯 for 2 bagels: mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup non fat greek yogurt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp cane sugar. knead it together to form a dough the fold in 1/2 pint of blueberries. form into the shape of a bagel, then place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and add an egg wash. bake at 350 for 30 mins then broil for a few minutes at the end. enjoy! #bagel #blueberrybagel #blueberry #healthymealprep #mealprep #breakfastrecipes #highprotein
