It's called neutral loaf. 😂 very disgusting. With carrot celery, cabbage coleslaw green beans ran through a blender. Grind it up into a burger. It's supposed to be only used 3 days, yeah if you throw feces or urine on officers. So forcing these inmates to eat these burgers, everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner. Because it constitutes as cruel and unusual punishment. It varies from state to state
