The Fluxliner, also known as the Alien Reproduction Vehicle (ARV), brought to light by aerospace illustrator Mark McCandlish. McCandlish claimed it’s real, reverse-engineered tech from extraterrestrial origins, and he’s got some pretty detailed ideas about how it works. McCandlish’s story starts with his friend Brad Sorenson, another aerospace designer, who allegedly saw these craft firsthand at Norton Air Force Base back in 1988 during an air show. According to Sorenson, he slipped into a restricted hangar and spotted three hovering saucers—24 feet, 60 feet, and 130 feet in diameter—just floating there like it was no big deal. A video was supposedly playing, showing them in flight, and there was even a rundown of their tech. McCandlish took this intel and ran with it, creating a blueprint that’s become pretty iconic in UFO circles. The Fluxliner, as he called it, is all about antigravity propulsion. McCandlish described a system powered by a central column that generates a massive electromagnetic field, paired with a rotating distributor cap firing up capacitor banks in the base. The idea is that this setup somehow manipulates gravity, letting the craft zip around without traditional propulsion—no jets, no rockets. He tied it to concepts like zero-point energy and electrogravitics, stuff that’s fringe but has some roots in real physics experiments. Mark wasn’t some random dreamer—he was a legit illustrator who worked with big names like Lockheed and McDonnell Douglas. He had the skills to make sense of complex designs, and his blueprint is ridiculously detailed, down to the materials and components. He even spoke about it at the Disclosure Project in 2001, alongside some heavy hitters, claiming the U.S. had these ARVs operational since at least the early ‘80s, possibly from reverse-engineering something like the Roswell craft. Why I find interesting is when Mark talks about the craft having no windows and the goggles being used, it sounds like VR systems we have today. There’s a documentary, Zero Point: The Story of Mark McCandlish and the Fluxliner, that dives deep into it if you’re curious. Also check out UAP Gerb who has done an awesome Deepdive on this over on YouTube.
