I was so sick after my C-section I could barely eat or drink. I was so tired they told me it was a mommy mocktail I thought it was a prank lol I have never heard of one until that day.

I'm just coming to the conclusion my nurses did not care squat about me. I had to send my husband every time to get me something to drink& none of them even said we could order food.

I’m not sure drinking something ice cold after birth is best? My OB recommended lukewarm or hot green tea. No ice because our uterus is still contracting and reducing to normal size. Ice irritated it
