Money factor isn’t the only thing on a lease. There is residual and interest all change based on terms. Not to mention you need drive offs for leases.

You can’t msrp shop leases a 80k grand Cherokee with e residual of 30k after 3 years is different that a 80k m3 that’s worth 65 in 3 years

Leasing is a tricky game. Two cars from different brands with the same price will be completely different payments. There’s various rebates and incentives. Tesla doesn’t do rebates nor dealer discount

Lease is formulated math. I can get a 75k car and pay 300 if the residual is over inflated and the money factor is low. I.E Tesla right now. You’re ok making all money for your client

You guys have understand, every manufacturer has different residual and rate, you can’t compare Tesla rate 3years ago with Mercedes now, that’s stupid, don’t blame salespeople or dealers, go back lease Tesla again

A 50k Lexus will lease very different than a 50k mercedes. Comes down to residual too. Not just money factor.

Leaseing isn’t only about money factor and looking at comparable MSRP’s. Residual values / rebates / price markups / fees / taxes / tag are all factors that would swing a payment around. 1/2
