I went to my doctor last January with these symptoms and they did so many tests, not solving the issue. Finally found a good heart doc and had 2 99% blockages. 2 stents and now in rehab.

Is it normal for your heart rate to jump up & down sporadically occasionally? Sometimes my heart rate jumps from the 90’s down to the 70’s then back up 😩

i have these just told to loose weight. however cut calories less than 1000 a day like they said and was exercising 2 hours a day weight not budging high protein low carb. doctors don't care.
