Resting heart is 35 or sometimes lower. Awake is around 38 to 45. I have a cardiologist watching my heart for this reason.

Being an athlete that developed POTS is the only time it sucks to have an efficient heart because i can't take meds for POTS.

I have an AAOCA heart, recently found out. Awaiting my 2 week check up but I’m finding hard time finding people are experienced in care for me. I may be referred to out of state doctor. Any recommendations? Figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask.

60-68 bpm…as a runner. It used to be in the 40’s, but when I was put onto Bupropion XL it took rHR up to where it is now. It’s been like this for 10 years. Annoys me.

Mine is under 40 and I’m definitely not an athlete. I get nervous if it stays in the 50’s or 60’s for long and this is all coming from a cardiologist. Is that wrong?

I’m 53. Mine is 49-53. But I’ve done a lot of exercise for years. Even my GP raised an eyebrow. He said “there is either something not right or you are very fit”. 😂 I said “I’m fit”.
