it might be the ingredients they're using cause if it's a restaurant usually they don't make the desserts in house and they need a longer shelf life

a lot of commercial restaurant desserts tends to be creme based or chocolate based. im lactose intolerant and dont like chocolate so i dont like restaurant sweets. fuck up a mango raspberry sorbet tho
