not everyone looks in camera the same way like in real life, second nobody is acting the same way just talking to the camera as a real person. And this u can also do with IA.

I've never gotten the job when it was AVI, but those Zoom or in person Interviews I nailed 200%, & my resume is what got me there. stop using AI to review resumes, & we'll stop using AI to write them.
