@baresebites: Sirloin Tip Roast in crockpot The most flavourful tip roast I've made and it's so easy to prepare using the crockpot! Paired it with a creamy mashed potato for a super easy dinner meal! Ingredients 3 pound sirloin tip roast 1 pound potatoes, cut (if you don't serve on mashed potatoes you can add potatoes) 1 cup carrots, cut 1 large yellow onion, cut 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed 1 garlic clove, minced 1 cup beef broth 4 tablespoons red wine (or use apple cider vinegar) 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons corn starch 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Materials: large crock pot with lid **cut your veggies into chunks, or you can use baby potatoes or baby carrots and add them into crockpot with minced garlic and butter **add the sirloin tip roast on top **in a measuring cup or bowl prepare the marinade (soya sauce, wine, Worcestershire sauce, corn starch, onion, garlic, paprika, parsley mix well and pour the roast. **now add in the beef broth, close lid set to low and cook about 7-8 hours depending on the size of your roast. #crockpot #crockpotmeals #crockpotcooking #sirlointiproast #sirloin #beef #beefrecipes #EasyRecipes #easymeals #dinner #DinnerIdeas #sirloinsteak #beefstew #onepotmeal #Recipe #Foodie #roast #easymeals
