@feelgoodfoodie: Here’s a fun breakfast idea for you: try frying your eggs with tahini instead of olive oil. Tahini has good fats in it like olive oil but it also adds a nutty and sweet taste to the eggs that tastes so good stuffed in a bit pocket! INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons tahini 2 large eggs Salt and pepper, to taste Sesame seeds, for serving Pita, for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the tahini and allow it to spread and cook until bubbly, about 30 seconds. 2. Crack an egg carefully in the skillet on top of the tahini. Repeat with the other egg and add it on the other side of the skillet. 3. Allow the egg whites to cook for one minute. Then cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook uninterrupted until the whites are set and the yolks are set to your liking, about 2 to 4 minutes. 4. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle sesame seeds for serving, if desired. Enjoy immediately with pita.
