Prepare the Noodles: * Cook the wide rice noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain, and set aside. 3. Cook the Beef: * Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4. Sauté Aromatics and Vegetables: * In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté minced garlic and sliced white onion until fragrant and slightly softened. 5. Add the Noodles and Vegetables: * Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan, followed by the spring onion pieces and bean sprouts. Toss everything together gently to avoid breaking the noodles. 6. Combine and Sauce: * Return the cooked beef to the pan. Pour in the sauce ingredients (dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce). Stir everything together until the noodles and ingredients are evenly coated. 7. Serve: * Transfer the chow fun to a plate and serve hot.
