I made these today with the beet pulp left over from juicing and they turned out amazing! Moist, fudgy, chocolatey, and surprisingly filling. I almost threw the pulp away until I saw your video. Thank you for helping me discover a new favorite recipe!

Mine are in the Oven right now 06-18-25.. I used my beet pulp, they smell delicious and look fabulous! I've got about 10 mins more.. Thank You for the Recipe 🙂🙃😉💓😋
