I have been wanting to do a natural lung cleanse for a while. I didn't realize the cut was connected to the lungs. it seems like everything comes down to gut health in the end.

Gut health at the center of everything. If it isnt right, nothing is. I have even read that if gut health isnt in order things like chemotherapy will have a harder time being successful

so this could be coincidence....but i had mod persistent asthma...changed my diet completely due to other reasons...fast forward 3 years, my maint inhaler has been decreased and I never need a rescue
