Have you tried these Smashed Stroganoff Tacos yet?! You MUST 👀💜 Serves 4 (8 tacos) Ingredients: * 8 small flour tortillas * 500g beef mince * 1 packet Mingle Stroganoff Recipe Base * 1 brown onion, finely diced * 200g mushrooms, sliced * 150ml thickened cream * 150ml chicken stock  * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 tbsp water * Fresh parsley, finely chopped * Salt and pepper, to taste Method: 1. In a bowl, combine the beef mince with 1 tbsp of the Mingle Stroganoff Recipe Base. Divide into 8 equal portions and press each portion firmly onto a tortilla in a thin, even layer, spreading the beef right to the edges. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sliced mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until softened and golden. 1. Sprinkle the remaining Mingle Stroganoff Recipe Base over the mushrooms, then stir through the Worcestershire sauce, stock and thickened cream. Simmer gently, until the sauce thickens into a creamy mushroom stroganoff. 2. Meanwhile, in a separate pan with olive oil and medium high heat, place a tortilla beef-side down in the pan, pressing firmly with a spatula. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining tacos 3. Spoon the creamy stroganoff mushroom sauce generously over each crispy beef taco and finish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately. #stroganoff #smashedtacos #tacos #beefstroganoff
