@deliastudiorosenheim: Since forever, I have avoided bendy tricks because they are very difficult for me. I don’t have any natural flexibility, and everything you see is the result of hard work. For me, training with a contortionist was a game changer, and the drills I learned during the process made a huge difference. If I stop stretching, all my progress disappears very quickly. But as soon as I incorporate those exercises back into my routine, the flexibility comes back just as fast. Even though backbends will never feel easy for me due to my extremely stiff hips, this year I decided to focus on flexy tricks like Allegra, Janeiro, Titanic, Broken Doll, Satellite, etc. The first ones are already starting to work because I’ve been putting in the effort. However, I only consider a trick truly mastered when I can include it in a long combo with a beautiful entry and exit.
