If it’ll make you less anxious, I suggest having a lil snacky bowl and/or some drinks that you can offer up. I did this at my last place and my guys LOVED coming to fix my apt up!

If it helps — my tub faucet head (?) FLEW off the wall when I was washing out hair dye. I had a spare bathroom and filed it away as a later problem. Turns out the downstairs unit flooded 💀 (1/2)
