@dr.vegan: Kısır (Bulgur salad) | ⬇️ Recipe To a bowl add -1 1/2 cups of fine bulgur -1 1/2 cups hot water cover and let it sit for 20 mins. In the meantime, saute -1 onion In a generous amount of olive oil.
