I think California will likely step up its output of health info. My sis worked for EPA in DC. She said CA EPA kept them on their toes. I think health industry is same w/CA depts. We will see....

Each state should treat these reduced fed services as capitation, so if we don’t get the services, we don’t allocate federal taxes; not if we have to make up for services not rendered, right?

How does this impact communications with patients? I had an intradural tumor removed (lumbar) and they sent it to the NCI for further evaluation/diagnosis. Is that paused, too?

Can you talk about the freeze on NIH study section grant reviews, funding, hiring, etc 😭 the argument is the NIH is corrupt and money laundering / wasting money…. Among other things. It’s bad doc!!

NIH treats my rare cancer. I haven’t heard from my doctor there so idk what this means for me but it’s scary. I am thankful they (NIH) removed my tumors already.
