I had one as a kid. Your tongue/speach adjusts fairly quickly from what I remember. Random but I used to love eating grapes with it bc i enjoyed bursting the grapes against it 😂

I didn’t have one. My son did. It took him a while to get used to it. Eating,drinking and talking took time. It did get better. I’m sorry what happened. I was headbutted by a client.

Tmj and braces too, no palate expander but I get the feelings. Braces as an adult feel harder than when I was young.🥺😭

i had one for years and both of my girls have had one. it took us bout a week or 2 to start talking normal but still.. lots of saliva. lol eating was difficult. especially noodles or anything bigger
