I even looked this up bc it was making me SO MAD,no opening. I use all my others that open but when they are all dirty which also makes me wonder how to clean this one? BUT if I use it, I use a funnel

Trudy! You gotta switch to the snoop interactive treat dispensing dog toy. We had the one you have and switched to it. It’s soft so quiet on the floor and opens to pour in the food.
