I am on week 12 and down 14 lbs. been stuck there since week 7. It's killing me. tracking 1700 cal a day which is less than half of what I was eating before. I agree 💯 on food noise.

That’s great I went really slow on my dosage increase so that I wouldn’t lose it too fast to cause super baggy skin… I went real slow so my skin could adapt to the change and shrink with me.
