I’ve got a question. I’ve got a 13 speed in a L 9000 1971. Can you explain to me how to shift it? I think I know but not very good on shifting it.

On test drives, I never split the gears. I only split the high hole

I split depending on load although I do tend to split the top 4 out of habit. I rarely clutch though. Throttle for shifting. Just what works for me personally. I’ll double clutch when I’m heavy and pulling a hill.

I dont think you can split the low side reverse in a 13 speed. probably can a 18 but I've never tried in either one and never needed to 😆

Won’t you take the cover off a 10 speed and then off a 13 or an 18 and you can show the difference between and 10 speed and low in a 13 or 18 there’s a difference

Gray button doesn’t always mean 18 speed. You could have a super 10.
