They specialize in Xinjiang cuisine, a unique style of Chinese Muslim cooking from the Northwestern region of China, created by the Uyghur people. Everything on the menu is Halal and absolutely amazing, featuring mouthwatering dishes like Xinjiang naan stuffed with lamb leg meat. 🤤 I especially love their Big Plate Chicken with handmade pulled noodles, it’s big enough to share with 3–4 people! The fried beef noodle soup warmed me up on a cold day, and I couldn’t get enough of their chewy noodles and light, flavorful broth. You also can’t go wrong with their rack of lamb, which was juicy and moist, or their lamb skewers which is their best seller!
