I was born in Japan in the 80’s and was almost white blonde. My mom said they would always go to this certain restaurant and the staff would pass me around. They loved the blondes. 🥰

my grandma always told a story about living on a navy base in Morocco. someone offered to buy my father off of her for his beautiful blue eyes and blonde hair. she always said she should have done it.

Oh yes! 😂 When we were moving here we were at the airport and all these teenage Japanese girls saw our son. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. They were all over him taking selfies with him. 😂

I had this experience with my son. spiral white curles. people would stop thier cars to touch his hair. everywhere they would buy him food. carry him around etc. he had culture shock when we came home

I had a japanese woman see my daughter and told us she hasn’t seen her grandkids in years. (They live in Japan) so she tried teaching my daughter some Japanese it was so cute! 🥹🩷
