Let says your business is projected to make 50k so you don’t register for GST, you don’t charge GST. Now as the year progresses and you hit 50k with say 2 months to go and you now pass say 80k before the end of the financial year. Should you pay GST on the 80k you made, or just from 75k given you didn’t charge GST on the first 75k so don’t have the money

If contractor makes more than 75k a year they need to be registered for GST. Ud think if being a contractor is their primary job they would be making more than 75k otherwise earning pissaant
