I have bad ocd related to health as well, and I know it won’t help much just saying it but doxycycline worked well for me. Outside of that salicylic acid face washes also helped a good bit

I def reccommend seeing a dermatologist because that’s what I did when I got adult hormonal acne and it was super helpful because I also felt so hideous and ugly😻

Doxycycline should be like $10 with basic insurance. If you’re afraid of the side effects you can get a topical version. I think Accutane is the only thing that will really work permanently.

So my wife started eating only salmon and tuna. No chicken or eating anything else and hers has went away. Apparently there’s hormones in stuff like chicken.

I had severe acne until my 30’s. My partner also had irregular periods like that and eventually found out she had PCOS, not sure if that’s been looked into at all.

your diet might have something to do with it. you can use manuka honey lotion to keep inflammation at bay. I've seen a friend go on a all meat diet (no seasonings) his acne went away.

I asked ChatGPT for advice for you, and got way too much to be able to put into the comment section. I'd recommend downloading it and asking, tell it your age, meds, diet, etc. maybe it can help.
