@dralexgeorge: Perspective is everything 👆 Practicing gratitude has the power to transform your mindset. When we focus on what we do have, instead of what we don’t, we begin to see life through a lens of abundance rather than lack. It’s easy to fall into upward comparison, measuring ourselves against those who seem to have more or achieve more. But real peace comes when we shift our perspective. Through downward comparison, we start to recognise how far we’ve come and appreciate the simple, beautiful things we might otherwise take for granted. One thing I’m endlessly grateful for is my dog, Rolo. He’s more than just a companion, he’s been my anchor through the darkest of times and, quite literally, saved my life. His unconditional love has shown me the true meaning of gratitude and given me a new perspective on what really matters 🙏 I’m also grateful for trees, grass and birds and nature as a whole, which makes me feel even more alive when I am out walking in it 🌿 Take a moment today to reflect on three things you’re thankful for, big or small.
