I waited in silence, praying for a miracle. I can still remember the overwhelming relief when the doctors finally came out to tell me it was a success. She was stable, but recovery would take time. To this day, she is still healing, physically and emotionally, but we are both eternally grateful that she is still here with me. Tutu’s presence in our lives has truly been a blessing. When everything else seemed uncertain, she was our constant source of light. Her love healed us in ways we never thought possible. I see now that Tutu didn’t just save my wife’s heart she saved mine too. And, in some way, I believe she saved us both when we needed it the most. Tutu didn’t just win our hearts she won the hearts of so many of our followers too. She has become a symbol of hope, love, and healing.
