@askvinh: Here's 3 steps to handle questions you don't know the answer to. It's okay in a professional setting to not always know the correct answer - but if you're in a situation where you can't say "I DON'T KNOW" then I would follow these 3 steps. 1. Acknowledge that you don't know 2. Commit to finding the answer 3. Follow up with the answer If that's not professional, I don't know what is!
