some blind people dont use either a guide dog or a cane I get this all the time because apprently you can only be blind if you use either of them according to some people I've Encountered they

yes! I am registered severely sight impaired. I don't use a dog or cane. I probably should but I don't want to yet. I have only light perception in my left eye and my right eye is extremely blurry...
