I did this but first I sanded the whole thing with 2 different grits, and cleaned it with alcohol so there was no dust, and applied the paint in thin coats and let them each sit for the recommended time, the tub looked like new and it’s been holding up for a long time now. I think some people just rush through the process and complain when it chips off

Don’t do this it peels so fast get it actually done with epoxy paint trust me will last longer
