what they aren't saying is that things don't get done remotely in the same timeline as they do in the US so there is a trade-off sure, lotsa holiday & ppl not caring to work quick on a task u need

28 days provided by employer then an additional 5 I pay for each year. Culturally I’d say the US is very work and money focused, whereas most EU countries are super relaxed and get more out of folk

I'm in US and I acrue PTO based on the hours I work (%), I do my best to take at least a week every quarter, and that doesn't include the 2-3 days I take here and there throughout the year.
