@only_emily30: Garlic! Last year we planted garlic in the fall, watched it sprout up in the spring, pushing through the layer of insulating leaves I covered the garden with. As it grew I shared the growth with you, we cut off the garlic scapes and harvested the garlic from the garden together too! I forgot to post the clean up and the tidying of the garlic when I tied them together in neat little clusters of 5. Once they were all tied together I brought them inside to dry further and have been storing them and using them ever since!
